I arrived in Dublin on Wednesday and spent the day trying to figure out how to get around.I had the opportunity to visit the Guinnes storehouse at St. James Gate which was AWESOME, it was kinda my own personal Graceland. It was a bit pricey but the tour allowed you to see where Guinnes is made and bottled. It ws pretty cool and then at the end, you had the opportunity to pour your own pint.
On Thursday, I purchased a ticket for city tour buses that drive you all around to the main attractions in Dublin. I saw the book of Kells at Trinity College, Christ's Church Cathedral, St Patricks Cathedral and ended up in Temple Bar listening to a couple of guys playing traditional Irish music, this is what I cam to Ireland for was the music. I love this, These guys are playing songs I know and love. In about an hour and a half, I hop on a plane to Scottland, next stop Aberdeen.
